Enhanced Wake Committee

• The ad-hoc committee will be named the "Enhanced Wake Committee".
• The sole purpose of the Enhanced Wake Committee is to put together a functioning draft ordinance in regard to enhanced wake.  Any topic that does not pertain to the formation of this ordinance shall not be discussed.
• Every Enhanced Wake Committee meeting will:
  • Be public with the use of Zoom.
  • Comply with the WI open meeting laws.
  • Be held a minimum of once per month.
• Enhanced Wake Committee members are to give reports to their lake districts/associations.
• If a draft enhanced wake ordinance is formed, it is to be presented at the St. Germain Town Lakes Committee to be voted on by the St. Germain Town Lakes Committee to send to the St. Germain Town Board for approval.
• The Enhanced Wake Committee will dissolve on three occasions:
  • The St. Germain Town Lakes Committee passes a vote to send a draft enhanced wake ordinance to the St. Germain Town Board for approval.
  • The St. Germain Town Lakes Committee can dissolve the Enhanced Wake Committee at any time with a 2/3rds majority vote of the present quorum.
  • The Enhanced Wake Committee finds that making a draft enhanced wake ordinance is not plausible.  A report must be given to the St. Germain Town Lakes Committee and a vote by the St. Germain Town Lakes Committee needs to happen with a 2/3rds majority vote of the present quorum to dissolve.
