Town of Saint Germain Non-motorized Trails Committee

The Non-Motorized Trails Committee was put in place by the Town Board in June of 2015 and given the responsibility of overseeing projects relating to the maintenance, planning, expansion and other issues related to the non-motorized trails in the Town of St Germain. Currently the Town has two non-motorized trail systems, the 12.2 mile paved St Germain Bike & Hike Trail, and the Awassa Trails which are located on a 230 acre parcel purchased by the Town of St Germain with a Stewardship Grant in 2014.  The Awassa Trails are open to hiking, skiing and snowshoeing. The committee also helps raise funds and organize volunteer opportunities for these facilities.
